The Beacon Hill Collection contains all the elements necessary to create a truly spectacular quilt. Prints from Pat’s collection of antique fabrics from the late 19th century were teamed up with some from the Windham Fabrics’ archives to achieve a remarkable mix of texture and color.
A large scale floral is combined with medium and small scale prints in a variety of patterns in colors that include shades of brown, green, red, gold, rose, and blue. The patterns also incorporate dots, swirls, a stripe, small medallion motifs, a small blender print, and three shirtings.
A quilt made from this collection will have an elegant, interesting look when combining the delicate prints in the blocks and using either the large or medium scale floral print in alternate squares, setting triangles, or the border.
The layer cake will be shipped priority mail, the fabrics will be folded in order to fit into a flat rate envelope.
